Dr. Jeff Keetley | Director
Dr. Jeff Keetley has over 20 years’ experience in mineral and petroleum exploration, geophysics, and technology-led resource exploration across multiple commodities and jurisdictions. He applies advanced geophysical methods and geological interpretation to deliver data-driven exploration outcomes. Dr Keetley served as CEO of Intrepid Geophysics, leading the strategic growth and global commercialization of proprietary geophysical technologies and software solutions that plug into AI workflows. He has managed multidisciplinary teams delivering international resource exploration projects through specialized geoscience services using proprietary and commercial technologies. He has co-authored peer-reviewed scientific publications and technical conference papers in structural geology and geophysics. His expertise includes undercover targeting strategies, data integration, and uncertainty-based Earth modelling to support mineral discovery.
Kent Balas | Director
Kent Balas is an Australian exploration geologist graduating from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Science in 2010. Since then, Kent has worked in Australia, Africa, North America and Central Asia gaining experience in Coal Seam Gas, Iron Ore, Mineral Sands, Gold and Base Metals. Kent moved to Kazakhstan in 2013 and was the first boots on the ground for I Iuka Resources in Kazakhstan that led to I Iuka gaining tenure over 60,000sqkm in North Kazakhstan. Subsequent to this Kent was co-founder and Chief Geologist of Aurora Minerals Group in Kazakhstan. Aurora Minerals Group is a full-service consultancy and was the agent of SkyTEM in the former Soviet Union. In 2017 Kent returned to Australia and founded Gippsland Prospecting which was sold in a cash and share transaction to Battery Minerals (ASX:BAT) for in 2020.
Murray Orr | Director
With over 15 years of commercial and investing experience spanning multiple industries including manufacturing, healthcare, commercial property and capital markets; Murray has developed and contributed to businesses as an activist HNW individual with a focus on strategy, financing, and genuine value creation. His background in managing diverse assets and teams provides a strong contribution to Crustal Dynamics as the company looks to unlock value in the critical minerals and precious metals sector.
